Doncaster College – IoT/T-Levels

We carried out a full mechanical strip out and refurb across 3 floors of the college whilst the building was being used through normal term time to provide a new specialist Institute of Technology facility. The Mechanical and Plumbing works consisted of providing new Domestic Water Services, Ventilation, Air-conditioning, BMS, Above Ground Drainage, Sanitaryware and Compressed Air. We assisted with design development for the end client to rationalise both the controls systems and compressed air to provide both Value Engineering and reduce the refurbish time considerably.
